Liquid Caterers partnered with Armitage Ice to help bring the client’s larger ice vision to life and create an experience that worked alongside the custom ice installations throughout the showroom.
SanTan Spirits was also involved, with SanTan products featured throughout the signature cocktail menu.
Behind the scenes, the team worked through recipe development, tastings, batching, service flow and presentation details so the drinks could maintain a premium, highly customized appearance while still being executed efficiently for a high-volume event.
The combination of branded ice, custom cocktails, smoke bubbles, branded garnishes and the surrounding ice installations made the beverage bar feel like its own activation within the event.
